The site covers over 12 acres and has state-of-the-art production facilities registered to ISO 9001. Our highly skilled and trained personnel use the very latest laser cutting and robotic welding technology, while aluminium ladders are made on our fully automated ladder line.

 

Youngman’s unrivalled stock levels of both finished goods and raw materials mean we can respond to even the largest orders in a matter of days, and we make over 45,000 deliveries every year.  We use 11,000 tonnes of aluminium extrusion each year, second only to the automotive and aerospace industries

 

 

BoSS tower fleets are maintained and repaired to the highest safety standards in our dedicated 750 square metre BoSS Repair Centre which boasts the latest plasma cutting and welding technology.

 

 

Fully equipped training facilities are also located at our Maldon site. Courses on offer including our widely respected training programme, the Knowledge, covering the latest  Work at Height Regulations.
